At VECINO Custom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
